Project Locks

Projects within the Project List can be in one of three states. They can be:

• Unlocked: Grey padlock beside project name
• Locked by current user: Gold padlock beside project name
• Locked by another user: Blue padlock beside project name

A project can be locked by clicking on the grey padlock beside a project. This will lock out other users from making changes to the project. They will still be able to open that project in read-only mode. A user can still make changes to projects they lock.

A project locked by another user can be opened in read-only mode, but the user who locked it must unlock it before another user can make changes to the model.
